*Toilet Problems*
One of our toilets has been "suspended from service" since January 23rd. This was due to the fact that the flush handle "fell off". It's been well over a month now since the "falling off" of the handle, and we've been told today that the whole toilet needs to be replaced. WHAT THE F*#$? Since when does a whole toilet need to be replaced when the handle falls off? Will someone please explain this to me?~
