Yikes. My back looks pretty bad. I went and got Lymphatic Draining done today. I don't even know if that's the proper name... it's more like... acupressure on the lymphs. Now... my back looks like I've been attacked by a wild cat...
Basically, an acupressurist feels around the various nodes and makes sure things are "flowing". If not (you'll know... it feels like a big knot), then she'll loosen it up by massaging it. On top of that... she did some chinese therapy thing where you take a thing that looks a little like a lightbulb and it "sucks" the "bad qi" out of your bones. Let's just say that it's NOT pleasant... and my body feels as though it's just run a marathon. My back looks pretty beat up.
I went out with my best friend tonight... She's getting pretty excited, because a friend of hers is visiting and arriving this weekend. I'm getting excited too, because Sarah's arriving this weekend too. I don't think we've ever been away from each other this long before... it's pretty weird... in 21 years, we've never been apart for more than 4 months...
Oh! I got a new phone! I got the Siemens 55 *giggle*... You'll know why I'm giggly when you see the phone.
I've got to sleep... but my back hurts too much... *ouch*~
