I've finally managed to get a flight out of here. The bad news though, is that I won't have time to be in Toronto until Thanksgiving in November. I fly out of HK on the 29th... and I'll just relax and do a bit of "look-about" in the city before I start my program.
I'm a little peeved about how I didn't manage to get a ticket with one agent, but another could pull up a better and cheaper ticket almost instantaneously.
Anyways... I've finally managed to get a ticket out of here. I'm off to NEW YORK! People have asked me if I'm worried or scared of more terrorist attacks, but to be honest... I'm more freaked out about the whole "I'm an Ivy-Leaguer" thing than I am about the attacks. Besides, I'm Uptown... doesn't that place me away from the "action"??
Gotta keep packing... I've seriously got way too much stuff...~
