The convocation ceremony was great! Actually... I thought my undergrad one was better... but eh...
Jane Goodall was one of two guest speakers! It was so awesome! I can't believe Jane Goodall walked right by me up the aisle! She's so awesome, and such a great speaker... That was definitely exciting.
I spent the day with Chris and the 'rents. They're really so nice, and his Dad's getting really comfortable chatting with me. His Mum keeps telling me stories of Chris' follies... heehee... His mum even invited me to Chris' brother's confirmation this weekend... His Dad was excited to hear that I might be coming up, and pointed out that I would meet the "in-laws" if I went up for the weekend. Yeah, his grandparents and aunts and uncles will ALL be there... Talk about pressure.
Anyways... Time to cleanup my room. Classes start on Thursday and I've got a ton to read already... Joy's coming on Friday! YAY! I can't wait to see her again! Ta!~
