*Huh?*
What is up with the weather here in New York? It goes from one extreme to the next! We skipped Fall (Autumn), we've skipped Spring... and now we're bouncing between Winter and Summer temperatures in just 12 hours. It was FREEZING last night, and it's BOILING today. I have no idea how to dress for this weather. I've packed all my winter clothes, and I'm having to go dig for my coats again...
Anyways... Chris and I watched Shrek 2 last night. It was AWESOME! It is definitely better than the original Shrek, and the way they've infused elements from other "things" (I'm not going to give away the movie) is just amazing. It's like the whole entire movie was composed of little bits of movies... Anyways, I definitely recommend watching this movie... and stay behind for a little extra scene at the end.
I've started my summer classes, and I'm going to need a LOT of Red Bull if I want to stay sane this summer. I'm in classes for 5 hours straight, and it's tiring because my first class is a computers and literacy class and after 2 hours of sitting in front of a computer, I'm drained... then it's straight to a discussion group for my SLA class, then lecture for the SLA class... I hate that I couldn't find any courses that ran on Mondays and Wednesdays that my department would allow me to take... So I'm going to have to suck it up and DEAL.
I actually managed to make Chris shop on Fifth Avenue today. He bought THREE dress shirts for his new job in Japan. Come to think of it, I don't think I've EVER seen Chris buy anything (save groceries). He's leaving on Tuesday, and it's going to be tough...
Why is it that I only like guys that live on the other side of the world?~
