macy ROCKS! anyhoo... i'm still in a pretty good mood. i had a good day of teaching (saturday). i had to skip out on my first class, because i wasn't feelin' so hot when i got into work. i perked up though, and came back with my second morning class... and the afternoon class...
i had loads of fun with the afternoon class. the theme for the term is "stories from around the world"... and i'm doing the usual lesson stuff, plus an hour of "play" activities like making puppets and writing simple scripts to perform. we had so much fun hiding behind a table, presenting the play. i sit in the playground with them at break-time and thoughts of "the old woman who lived in a shoe" come to mind. not the last part of the rhyme, but the first part - "there was an old woman who lived in a shoe, who had so many children she didn't know what to do...". they're such darlings though, and they'll talk to me about everything.
i love my job. i wouldn't trade it for anything... save maybe a job with UNESCO helping more li'l people...~
