I got my test back yesterday... 90%, BABY! Exciting sh** this is! I'm actually doing well in school! I feared that I would go back to my old ways, but I think being in an environment this great is really helping me "be a better academic". Way cool.
Um... Loads of assignments due next week. Plus, I'm heading to that SMU reception tomorrow evening. Hope that that doesn't turn out to be something incredibly nerve-wrecking. I've never done anything so grown-up before... Ooooh... a reception... yikes. Definitely a little nervous.
The weather here has suddenly gone back to boiling hot. We've jumped from single digits to mid-20s (celsius) practically overnight. Last week, I needed a down coat... today... I'm in a tank top and I'm still hot... There's no "cool" weather here! It goes straight from one end of the spectrum to the other! Strange...
Right... Going to try and get some sleep. Because of the heat in this building, I've been having trouble sleeping these last couple of nights. Hope I can sleep and wake at some decent hour... Ciao.~
