That reception I went to yesterday was... "interesting". There were only about a dozen of us there, and it was incredibly weird. I'm glad I went with someone, otherwise, it would've been really painful. I saw some photos and a slide presentation on Crothall Hall (formerly the Old Gym), and it looks amazing! I don't really understand the outside corridors though, because I remember walking up the steps of Challenor and my skirt almost always flew up... I can't imagine running down the corridors of Crothall Hall... Oh well...
We went Karaoke-ing last night. It was so fun! I went with a whole bunch of Japanese people, and they really do know how to have fun! We were all getting up and dancing and singing by the end... it was reminisent of my time in Korea... I think this is going to be a regular thing we do now... GREAT way to relax.
I'm way behind with my work... Goin' ta get a'crackin' now. It really was a lovely day yesterday. Maybe my best "New York" day so far... yay!~
